transparent texture (for plants)

I had a big problem with transparent textures. I have a plant with diffuse and opacity map (I set up the model in 3ds max), but when I import the model to Goblin XNA it looks like this:

What is the problem?
The "BlendState" in "GraphicsDevice" is "AlphaBlend".
