How can I control transparency of a model?

Hello there

I wonder how can I control transparency of a specific model either textured or just geometry.

I tried like below.

node.Model.Shader = new GloblinXNA.Shaders.SimpleEffectShader();

BasicEffect effect = node.Model.Shader.CurrentEffect as BasicEffect;

effect.Alpha = 0.5f;

effect.GraphicsDevice.RenderState.AlphaBlendEnable = true;

 

But it shows only 100% opaque model which don't have texture.

Does anyone have ideas?

There is a bug in v3.3 for that, and it's fixed in v3.4. Please wait for v3.4 release.
