Showing specific bones with the model class

In the program I'm writing, I'd like to be able to show only specific bones (or move them) of a model depending on some variables (in this case if certain markers are visible). And I would like to accomplish this with the GoblinXNA model class if possible because of how well it works with the rest of GoblinXNA, is there a way to do this?

You probably want to write your own class that extends the existing GoblinXNA Model class to do that. It is definitely possible, but we don't have a support for that since we never needed it for our research.
