Problem with Particle Effect

i want to ask about particle effect in goblin xna,

now i've encontering a problem when i create ring of fire,,,

here's the screenshot


now i rotating the marker (ideally the fire ring will be rotated too..)

as you can see, the fire ring always facing to the front, and it is not rotated !

from what i got, rotation of particle effect determined by two things : view matrix and projection matrix

and when i study goblin xna code, Render() method at ParticleShader class takes its view and projection matrix from State class,

but value of view and projection matrix from State class itself always constant since i don't use any CameraNode

somebody can explain me what should i do to rotate my ring ?

That was by design.

From v3.5, it's been changed to move with the marker.

oh thank you for the information, i'm using Goblin XNA 3.4

so i must migrating to 3.5 right?
